Job summary

Truist seeks a diligent Sales Support Specialist to bolster commercial banking relationships. You will assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, onboarding, and client communications to drive portfolio growth across segments. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM data handling is essential.

You will also provide service and loan support, assist with deposits and treasury tasks, maintain client data, and prepare reports for team discussions. Compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related training.
• Three years of experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Ability to complete CCS training curriculum.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support and pipeline accuracy.
• Provide onboarding, client communications, and calendar support.
• Support loan, deposit, and treasury-related servicing tasks.
