Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a Sales, Service and Loan Support Specialist to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff in managing client portfolios.

You will support pipeline accuracy, deposits, treasury onboarding, and loan servicing, while ensuring compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML and delivering superior client service.

This role requires at least a High School diploma and 3 years in financial services with strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training.
• Three years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Possess working knowledge of Excel and/or reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Support sales by assisting Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and onboarding deposits.
• Provide superior client service to Commercial Community Bank clients and assist in servicing loans, deposits and fee services.
• Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management and data reporting; monitor and communicate results to the team.
