Truist in the United States is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist Relationship Managers with sales activities, onboarding deposits, Treasury onboarding, and timely client communications to grow the portfolio.

You will also provide service and loan support, process necessary forms, monitor reports, and help ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with RM and IRM partners to address client needs.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of related experience preferred in financial services.
• Good written and verbal communication with internal/external clients.
• Must complete CCS training curriculum.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, pipeline accuracy, and client contact strategies.
• Provide service support by processing deposits, loans, and related fees; complete forms and documentation.
• Assist in loan support and portfolio management, ensuring accurate client assignments and regulatory compliance.
