Truist in the United States is seeking a Sales, Service and Loan Support professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff across portfolios from mid-market clients. You will help with pipeline accuracy, onboarding deposits, Treasury tasks, and client communications to keep CRM data current.

You will support loans, deposits, and fee services, manage documents, process payments, and assist in compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
• Three years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Sales support to Relationship Managers by providing pipeline accuracy, call preparation, onboarding deposits, Treasury onboarding, and client communications.
• Service support for Commercial loans, deposits and fee services, including forms, account opening, reports, payments, fraud resolution and general maintenance.
• Loan support and compliance with regulations such as Reg B, BSA/AML; assist with client information, documentation, and post-closing activities.
