Job summary

Truist is seeking a dedicated Sales/Service and Loan Support professional to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff in servicing a diverse client portfolio. The role spans sales activities, client onboarding, treasury onboarding, and routine servicing across loan, deposit, and fee-based products.

The candidate will help maintain CRM data accuracy, prepare client communications, and coordinate with IRM partners to identify client needs while supporting portfolio growth and risk

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related experience in financial services.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete CCS training curriculum.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers, including pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and client communications.
• Deliver superior client service for Commercial Community Bank clients, handling loans, deposits, and fee services.
• Assist in loan processing and regulatory compliance, including BSA/AML considerations and documentation review.
• Support portfolio management and reporting, ensuring accurate client data and timely follow-up with RMs.
