Responsibilities

• Manage an inventory of low to moderate complexity commercial claims per policy and procedures.
• Interact professionally with insureds, claimants and partners to meet quality targets.
• Verify coverage, reserve estimates and liability using policy language.
• Conduct investigations, take statements, and verify facts with experts.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources to achieve best claim outcomes.
• Authorize disbursements within authority and escalate as needed.
• Identify potential subrogation or salvage opportunities for referrals.
• Maintain compliance with state/local regulatory requirements for the line of business.
