Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable.
• Prior claim handling or business experience in the insurance industry and/or customer service is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manages an inventory of low to moderate complexity commercial claims by following company protocols to verify policy coverage, gather necessary information, maintain documentation and authorize disbursements within authority.
• Interacts with insureds, claimants and business partners to maintain quality service and timely updates.
• Verifies coverage, reserves and liability by reviewing policy language and following claim handling protocols.
