Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines.
• Investigates and resolves low complexity commercial claims.
• Communicates with insureds, claimants and business partners.
• Verifies policy coverage and maintains documentation.
• Authorizes disbursements within authority limits with manager approval.
• Identifies subrogation/salvage opportunities and potential fraud
• Ensures compliance with state/local regulatory requirements.
