You will guide supplier recruiters, translate market insights into action, and drive cross-functional initiatives while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in payments, financial services, or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage large, high-performing sales teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to align strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supplier recruiters to drive virtual card adoption.
• Set goals and drive execution to achieve adoption targets and revenue objectives.
• Monitor and report on team performance, supplier adoption metrics, and revenue goals.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by sharing supplier insights and market feedback.
• Champion adoption of client-facing products and configurations for client needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on commercial card products and industry trends.
• Engage with client teams to understand pain points and relay feedback to Product teams.
• Collaborate with Client Management and Sales on pricing, pipeline planning, and training.
