Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, financial services, or related operations delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing operations teams in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of payment card networks and transaction processing, with ability to translate complex processes into operational execution.
• Ability to establish operating cadences and governance routines to drive accountability and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an operations team supporting strategic Commercial Card initiatives, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Set team goals, operating cadence, and performance expectations aligned to Supplier Enablement priorities.
• Own resourcing, prioritization, and execution management across multiple initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of operational initiatives including process redesign and tooling improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve speed and quality.
• Build repeatable playbooks and documentation to support program execution at scale.
• Define and monitor operational performance metrics and deliver executive reporting.
• Develop insights and root-cause analyses to inform prioritization and decisions.
• Ensure governance, risk awareness, and controls alignment in documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership to align on priorities and execution timelines.
• Partner with sales, client management, product, technology, and risk/compliance to remove obstacles.
