Job summary

You will lead solutioning, collaborate with Sales, and drive T&E and B2B card growth through channel partnerships, leveraging banking relationships and strategic alliances to expand client relationships.

You will act as the voice of the customer, translate needs to Product teams, and apply expertise in BRB card, virtual card and expense management to create value for national clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and configure optimal Commercial Card solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive cross-sell through channel partnerships.
• Support pricing, pipeline and account planning with product knowledge.
• Capture client feedback to inform Product roadmap and strategy.
• Manage a defined sales territory with disciplined forecasting and activity.
• Build partnerships across JPMorgan Chase to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop internal/external networks to expand market presence.
• Demonstrate leadership across complex sales cycles and timelines.
• Use data to uncover growth opportunities and improve conversion.
