First Interstate Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Representative II to serve as the primary client contact and assist Relationship Managers with loan servicing across loan types. You will expand client relationships, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance through standardized procedures.

The role requires processing client requests, coordinating with vendors, and preparing meeting materials for RM-client discussions in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4-6 years banking experience and/or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of credit products and bank systems.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handles day-to-day client calls, transactions, and problem resolution.
• Executes client transactions within delegated authority and supports RM with loan docs.
• Assists in obtaining documents for loan applications and coordinates with vendors.
• Specializes in loan documentation and maintains accurate digital records.
• Ensures regulatory/compliance guidelines are followed in all processes.
