• Handle day-to-day client calls, transactions, and issue resolution.
• Respond to account inquiries and perform maintenance and research.
• Process transactions within delegated authority and escalate when needed.
• Prepare loan applications with requested supporting documents.
• Reconcile client accounts and monitor exceptions to policy.
• Support Relationship Managers with portfolio reviews and reporting.
