Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - C&IB in Frisco, TX to grow sales, manage client relationships, and deliver bank solutions within a supportive, in-office culture.

You will build a network across the bank, assess credit risk, and present a full range of products while maintaining compliance and customer focus.

Requires 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree; PNC will not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications often desired.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with new/existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
• Build networks to acquire or expand clients and present the full bank offering.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities.
