Job summary

Truist in Georgia is seeking a commercial banking professional to identify, solicit, develop and manage profitable client relationships for businesses with $5MM–$75MM in annual sales. You will offer loans, deposits and fee-based services and coordinate with IRM to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key duties include growing an assigned book, pursuing new commercial opportunities, supporting credit analysis, and ensuring compliance with risk and policy standards while driving portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years working experience or equivalent education and related training.
• One year related experience in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Truist processes to deliver a differentiated client experience in interactions with clients and COIs.
• Manage, service and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Execute on prospecting activities to grow new commercial banking households.
• Understand and contribute to the credit decisioning process while adhering to risk frameworks.
