Job summary

Truist in Savannah is seeking a Commercial Banking professional to identify, solicit, develop, and manage long-term profitable client relationships within mid-market segments.

You will offer a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services, leveraging Industry & Advisory teams to optimize the client experience and drive growth. You will refer financial needs through IRM and maintain CRM-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years working experience or equivalent education and related training.
• One year related experience in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of credit and finance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain and grow long-term profitable commercial relationships for clients with $5MM to $75MM in annual sales.
• Offer a full range of loan, deposit, and fee-based services to existing and prospective commercial clients.
• Leverage the Industry & Advisory teams to create the optimal client experience.
• Refer business and personal financial needs through Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Monitor, maintain and update sales activity, pipeline, and other pertinent information using CRM.
• Understand and contribute to the credit decisioning process, including analysis and interpretation of financial statements, credit structuring, underwriting requirements.
