Job summary

Truist Wealth in Georgia seeks a commercial banker to identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain and grow long-term client relationships with $5MM to $75MM in annual sales. You will offer loan, deposit, and fee-based services to both existing and prospective clients, leveraging the Industry & Advisory teams for optimal client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years working experience or equivalent education and related training.
• One year related experience in banking or financial services
• Basic understanding of credit and finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Responsibilities

• Manage, service and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Execute prospecting activities to grow new commercial banking households.
• Understand and contribute to the credit decisioning process, including analysis of financial statements.
• Monitor, maintain and update sales activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Deliver differentiated client experiences across client, prospect and COI interactions.
