Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proven Commercial Banking experience or related Business Development experience.
• CB II - experience with more complex business and C&I Credit structuring.
• Exceptional knowledge of commercial credit policies and procedures.
• Advanced credit analysis and accounting skills.
• Proven track record of success in a sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops proactive calling schedule within designated segments and industry to prospective operating businesses in conjunction with strategic business development program.
• Self-sources operating business through calling activities to COIs, prospective clients and assigned relationships.
• Discusses and promotes all Bank products and services to establish complete client relationship and collaborates with business partners to structure transactions.
• Negotiates transactions and prices products within targeted rate of return and seeks approvals.
• Collaborates with other Bank lines of business and coordinates objectives for product areas in a relationship or transaction.
• Monitors relationship plan results and account activities; determines client profitability and reports to management.
