Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RM I requires 3 years of relevant experience; RM II requires 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, and financial analysis and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manages and cultivates relationships with business clients and promotes bank products and services.
• Acquires new business through targeted marketing and proactive outreach; expands and nurtures client relationships.
• Represents the Bank in the community to generate additional business and CRA opportunities.
• Understands the local market and develops relationships with centers of influence and referral sources.

Education
