Responsibilities

• Sales Support: assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, client contact, and schedule coordination.
• Service Support: provide client service for commercial banking needs, handle forms, deposits, and reporting.
• Loan Support: assist with loan processes, compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML, and collect client information.
