Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular or Temporary Sales Support Specialist to assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Credit staff in managing and servicing commercial client portfolios across Maryland, DC, and surrounding markets. The role focuses on sales support, service support, and loan processing within the Commercial Community Bank segment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and use MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Mangers with sales support, CRM data accuracy, and onboarding tasks.
• Provide superior client service and assist in servicing loans, deposits and fee services.
• Support portfolio management and loan processing while ensuring regulatory compliance.
