• Experience with treasury management services and commercial deposit products
• Proven track record of growing loan portfolios and deposits
• Solid understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance
• Strong leadership, coaching, and change management capabilities
• Excellent business development, networking, and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Loan Officers and Business Banking Officers and drive strategy, sales leadership, and performance.
• Develop and execute strategies for loan and deposit growth, profitability, and client acquisition.
• Set production goals, pipeline management, and conversion ratios across teams.
• Coordinate with Credit Administration on credit quality and risk management.
• Lead the Specialty Banking Team in deposit growth and treasury management referrals.
• Collaborate with executives to identify market opportunities and expand relationships.
• Create a coordinated relationship banking strategy to maximize new relationships across loans and deposits.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to maximize client profitability.
