• Achieves annual production and growth goals for loans, deposits, and fees
• Develops new business through outside outreach and collaboration with senior bankers
• Maintains contact with new clients to enhance their experience with First Interstate Bank
• Analyzes client financial data and prepares credit submissions with the Commercial Relationship Manager team
