Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person or by phone.
• Opens and maintains consumer and small business banking products.
• Holds financial conversations to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Processes new consumer loan requests and some small business loans.
• Identifies referrals to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through outbound outreach.
• Performs teller duties as needed and handles transactions.
• Maintains accurate work with minimal errors.
• Participates in community volunteering and financial education efforts.
• Stays current on regulatory changes and complies with policies.
