Qualifications

• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and follows verbal/written instructions.
• Uses tact and diplomacy with clients and coworkers.
• Proficient with personal computers, Microsoft programs, and 10-key skills.
• Familiar with digital platforms and CRM systems.
• Able to read and write simple correspondence and reports.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and by phone, addressing questions and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains consumer and business accounts, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients to determine needs and provide solutions.
• Processes new consumer and small business loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents activity in CRM and 360 View.
• Builds client relationships through outbound outreach and proactive engagement.
• Performs Teller duties as needed, including deposits and withdrawals and currency counting.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies; participates in required training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
