Job summary

PROPWR is seeking a Commercial Analyst in Houston to support sales, operations, and finance through data analytics and system stewardship. The role focuses on dashboards, reporting, forecasting, and process improvements across the organization.

You will partner with Technical Sales, Account Management, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to optimize business systems, drive automation, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decisions. Strong Excel, Power BI, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years in commercial analysis, BI, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP workflows (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate data to insights.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial systems and act as primary resource for PROPWR platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Lead forecasting processes, including revenue projections and timing.
• Create month-end commercial reporting packages for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data visibility and automation.
• Analyze operational, financial, and commercial data to identify trends.
