Job summary

WeldFit, headquartered in Houston, is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst to turn CRM and ERP data into executive dashboards and reports. You will build Power BI dashboards, monitor margins and win rates, and support sales operations with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include tracking pipeline health, performing cost analyses from Infor SyteLine, and ensuring data quality across Salesforce and ERP systems. This role requires strong analytical skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 1–3 years of experience in analytical, reporting, sales operations, or business intelligence roles.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and executive audiences.
• Track sales performance, win rate, margin, and pipeline health at multiple levels.
• Analyze manufacturing and procurement cost data from ERP exports and prepare margin analyses.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and assist forecasting and pipeline processes.
