Qualifications

• 2 years of experience analyzing data to identify insights.
• 1 year of experience with relational databases (e.g., AWS, Teradata, MS SQL Server, Azure, MS Access).
• Experience with CRM systems and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports showing initiative health, progress, value realization, risks, dependencies, and decisions required.
• Create and maintain a consolidated view of initiatives, capabilities, epics, products, milestones, owners, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Analyze performance trends to distinguish delivery progress, adoption, operational use, and realized commercial impact; identify opportunities and areas requiring additional focus.
• Identify initiatives that are off track, stalled, underused, or not demonstrating sufficient evidence of value, and recommend corrective actions.
• Help teams identify and remove impediments while escalating barriers outside the team’s authority.
• Follow up with initiative owners, surface missed commitments, and escalate unresolved barriers with context and proposed options.
• Conduct research and analysis to support Commercial Excellence decisions, translating data into actionable insights.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by providing data, analysis, information, and insights as needed.
• Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional partners on reporting, analysis, and portfolio initiatives.
