Job summary

WeldFit, a Houston-based manufacturer of pipeline and oilfield systems, seeks a Commercial Operations Analyst to transform Salesforce and ERP data into actionable reporting. You will build Power BI dashboards, run cost analyses, and support sales operations with accurate, timely insights.

This role requires strong Excel and BI skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across business units.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
1–3 years of analytical, reporting, sales operations, or business intelligence experience.
Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel; translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and executives.
Track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy with clear definitions.
Maintain Salesforce data quality and support sales operations processes.
Extract ERP data and perform cost and margin analyses for service jobs.
Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting packages on weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
Document data sources, assumptions, limitations, and conclusions for non-analyst audiences.
