Job summary

MSD is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze commercial data across sales, marketing, and service functions and define actionable KPIs. You will lead cross-functional data collection, dashboards, and forecasting, partnering with Marketing to optimize campaigns and with operations to improve processes.

Responsibilities include building dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau, delivering insights to senior leadership, and driving data-driven improvements in revenue, bookings, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or business intelligence within life sciences or related industry.
• Experience with ERP, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the key metrics and KPIs to measure performance across sales, marketing, service, and support functions.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data to provide insights on sales, revenue, bookings, forecasting, and marketing effectiveness.
• Work with Marketing to drive data-driven insights for customer segmentation and campaign performance.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Salesforce, Tableau, CRMA, and other BI tools.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue, sales pipeline, and bookings and provide timely leadership reports.
• Analyze commercial activities to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Analyze service and support processes to identify improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously refine data collection and analysis processes for accuracy and timeliness.
