Job summary

Masco seeks a Manager of Commercial Performance Analytics to strengthen and scale reporting and dashboards for the enterprise CPM team. You will own reporting domains for key data sources, ensure timely, reliable KPI dashboards, and translate needs into scalable reporting products.

You will serve as a product owner for CPM dashboards, drive usability, iterate with stakeholders, and partner with BU, IT, and Data Governance to deliver consistent, high-quality reporting that supports enterprise

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, dashboard product ownership, performance reporting, analytics, or related roles.
Advanced Power BI capability and strong judgment in dashboard usability, visualization design, and reporting UX.
Experience gathering business requirements through stakeholder interviews and translating them into reporting or dashboard solutions.
Strong systems thinking and comfort working across business, IT, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Reporting Delivery Across CPM Domains and own dashboard domains for critical data sources with reliable, high-quality outputs.
Serve as Product Owner for CPM Dashboards, ensuring usability, evolution, and clear use cases.
Collaborate with BU, IT, and Data Governance to formalize requirements and scale reporting solutions.
Support scalable, repeatable reporting workflows and drive consistency across the enterprise.
