Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI team member in San Francisco to be a hands-on Pre-Sales and Commercial Solutions Architect. You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to architect Claude integrations, build prototypes, and create scalable blueprints for enterprise deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as software engineer or Solutions Architect with customer-facing exposure
• Shipped real software and care about craft
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures
• Strong Python coding ability and prototype shipping
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder trust

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Serve as primary technical advisor from discovery to deployment across teams
• Support customers building with Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise
• Ship working code; build prototypes and eval frameworks for customers to extend
• Build reusable demos and enablement assets scalable across customers
• Guide architecture decisions and integrate Claude into existing stacks
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for use cases
• Identify integration patterns and feed insights to Product/Engineering
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and deep dives
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments and implementation patterns
