Job summary

Saela is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in Olathe, KS to grow our commercial customer base and strengthen relationships. You will prospect, present solutions, and manage a sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual goals, with a company vehicle and extensive training.

The role offers base salary, commissions, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have at least one year of B2B and outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience
• Prospect, cold call and generate new business
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Self-motivated; able to work independently
• Valid driver's license; 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.
