Saela Pest is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to grow our commercial customer base and strengthen client relationships in the Kansas City area. You will generate new business, manage key accounts, and partner with operations to deliver outstanding service.

This full-time, on-site role offers a protected territory, company-provided leads, comprehensive training, and uncapped earning potential with base salary plus commissions.

Qualificações

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.
