Job summary

Saela Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Account Manager in Olathe, KS to grow our commercial customer base and strengthen client relationships. The role offers a protected territory, company leads, and uncapped earning potential, with a strong training program and advancement opportunities.

You will prospect, conduct on-site consultations, and manage a sales pipeline to hit monthly and annual goals. A base salary plus commissions and benefits support your success and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with requirements.
• You must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
