Saela is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to grow our commercial customer base and deepen partnerships with existing clients. You will prospect, open new doors, and tailor pest management solutions while reporting to the sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license; must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business.
• Following up on company-provided leads to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maximize client retention.
