Saela Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to grow the commercial customer base and deepen client relationships. This role offers a protected territory, company-provided leads, intensive training, and uncapped earning potential with a base salary plus commissions.

You will conduct on-site consultations, develop new business, and partner with operations to ensure exceptional service for business clients. A background in B2B sales and strong relationship-building are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.
• Preferred: Experience in the pest control industry.
• Preferred: Experience managing commercial accounts or customer retention initiatives.

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend pest management solutions.

• Managing the sales pipeline and working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with operations to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maximize client retention.
