Job summary

Saela Pest Control seeks a Commercial Account Manager in Olathe, KS, to grow our commercial client base and deepen relationships with existing customers. This full-time role offers a protected territory, company leads, robust training, and uncapped earning potential.

You will manage a sales pipeline, conduct on-site pest management consultations, and collaborate with operations to deliver outstanding service for business clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of B2B sales experience.
• Minimum one year of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and generate new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Own a valid driver's license and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Following up on company-provided leads with professionalism and urgency to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
• Conducting on-site consultations to identify customer needs and recommend customized pest management solutions.
• Building trusted relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility managers.
• Managing your sales pipeline and consistently working toward monthly and annual sales goals.
• Partnering with our operations team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.
• Performing regular account reviews and follow-up visits to maintain customer satisfaction, identify additional service opportunities, and maximize client retention.
