You will define release plans, build source-of-truth dashboards, and drive cross-functional programs across Product, Eng, CS, Support, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize activation and retention.

You’ll translate priorities into structured programs with clear owners and timelines. The role emphasizes customer-focused outcomes, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage plans

Formación

• 5-7 years of total experience in Release Management, Product Analytics, or Risk Management at a high-growth B2B SaaS.
• 3–5 years of cross-functional program leadership and mentoring.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with funnels, cohorts, retention metrics, experiments, and SQL/BI.
• Deep customer empathy with experience interpreting research and support insights.
• Ability to plan long-term and drive execution and process improvement.
• Excellent program management skills and ability to drive outcomes with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with leaders to define Release Metrics.
• Build dashboards for Commerce pillars specific views, blockers and risks for internal & external customers.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, CS, Support, Marketing, and RevOps to improve activation, retention, and sentiment.
• Translate Commerce priorities into structured programs with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Planning & Governance: Contribute to quarterly and annual planning for Commerce.
• Establish and run operational cadences to maintain alignment and present progress.
