Job summary

HighLevel is seeking a Manager, Affiliate Programs to lead our scale-focused programmatic team. You will activate, engage, and protect HighLevel’s base of thousands of affiliates through one-to-many initiatives, events, assets, and compliance.

You’ve built multi-channel programs, coached diverse teams, and driven measurable activation at scale. You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product Marketing, and RevOps to deliver programs and clean handoffs, while traveling for affiliate

Qualifications

• Track record of building and running one-to-many partner/affiliate/community programs at scale.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and accountability across diverse functions.
• Hands-on experience running events end-to-end, including budgets and vendors.
• Experience with partner promos, campaigns, and content/asset programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning affiliate events, affiliate marketing, program operations, and compliance.
• Own activation and engagement goals across the full affiliate base; report and course-correct as needed.
• Plan and run a year-round calendar of hosted affiliate events, activations, promos, and campaigns.
• Oversee the affiliate asset library to ensure current, on-brand, compliant materials.
