Job summary

HighLevel, a remote-first AI-powered business operating system, is seeking an experienced Product Leader to own multi-quarter roadmaps across core business functions including Operations, Fulfillment, and Finance. You will drive growth in GMV, improve transaction success, merchant adoption, and reliability by prioritizing with data.

Lead a team of PMs and partner across engineering, design, and leadership to align on strategy and resourcing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years leading PMs.
• Proven track record in commerce, payments, fintech, or platform/SaaS with measurable business impact.
• Ability to see interdependencies and design for coherence.
