Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare, business or related field required or

Responsibilities

• Develops, oversees, and adjusts shift-to-shift staffing plans for Acute Care Services.
• Utilizes forecasting and modeling tools to present capacity and demand analysis.
• Monitor, receive and maintain call-ins and adjust staffing according to available resources.
• Tracks, compiles, analyzes and reports on scheduling and workforce data.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for staffing-related communication and updates.
