• Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to medication administration and equipment calibration.

Responsibilities

• Provides strong leadership and delegates staffing duties within scheduling guidelines.
• Provides direct patient care as defined within the state nurse practice act.
• Coordinates care, assesses patient status, and prioritizes outcomes.
• Instructs staff and participates in clinical education activities.
