Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of building maintenance experience.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Yardi and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HMC COM department and its functions, including contracting and quality of work.
• Develop scopes of work for COM projects.
• Create or approve Purchase Orders per HMC policy.
• Ensure vendors meet insurance requirements.
• Ensure timely payment of contractors upon completion.
• Schedule internal and contracted COM work.
• Utilize Yardi to schedule and track COM activities.
