Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a 16-week travel assignment in Columbus, OH. You will work 12-hour night shifts in a progressive care unit, providing care to patients transferring from ICU and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
- Prepares equipment and assists physicians during cardiac procedures.
- Maintains comfort and safety of telemetry patients.
- Documents nursing history and physical assessments for telemetry patients.
- Initiates patient education plans focusing on cardiac health and risk factors.
