Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on monitoring telemetry patients, administering cardiac care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Required: 1 year Stepdown RN experience, active RN license, BLS and ACLS. Benefits include day-one coverage, PTO, and loyalty bonuses. Weekly shifts of 12 hours, nights, travel employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors cardiac rhythms and telemetry data and responds to abnormalities.
• Administers medications and treatments per nursing protocols.
• Assists physicians during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintains patient comfort, safety, and privacy.
• Documents assessments, status, and responses to interventions.
• Educates patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care.
