Job summary

Arden Logistics Parks is seeking an organized, customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support Columbus, OH properties. You will handle tenant and vendor relations, oversee maintenance, and assist with budgeting and reporting, ensuring timely rent collection and contract administration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, with strong communication skills. Yardi familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information.
• Demonstrated customer focus; maintains tenant service standards and ownership of the tenant experience.
• Proven accuracy and thoroughness; seeks quality improvements and uses feedback to perform better.
• Effective written and oral communication skills; experience with Yardi is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Address tenant inquiries and conduct regular on-site tenant visits.
• Manage preventative maintenance and tenant service requests; track through to completion.
• Prepare/vendor contracts, process invoices, and monitor spend.
• Direct rent collection, posting, and variance reporting in the financial system.
• Assist with annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
