Job summary

Arden Logistics Parks seeks a Regional Property Administrator to provide centralized accounting, contract administration, vendor management, and utility administration for a regional portfolio of industrial assets in the Dublin, Ohio area.

You will support tenant billing, construction administration, and compliance, working with Property Managers, Accounting, and Legal to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, property accounting, lease administration, contract administration, construction administration, or property operations support.
• Experience supporting multiple properties, markets, or regional teams preferred.
• Industrial real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized accounting, contract administration, vendor management, and utility administration for a regional portfolio of industrial assets.
• Support tenant billing, construction administration, and compliance across markets.
• Partner with Property Managers, Accounting, and Legal to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and manage contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and audits.
• Support periodic vendor audits and documentation requests.
