Aspire Talent Solutions in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects locally. You will own projects from site setup through close-out while managing multiple priorities and maintaining strong client, trades, and community relations.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in commercial construction, a four-year degree, and proven ability to read financial/contract documents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction
• PM experience in commercial construction
• Submit a commercial project list with your application
• Procore proficiency in daily tasks
• Strong ability to read financial and legal documents

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial developments to cost-effective completion
• Develop, maintain, and enforce construction schedules
• Direct on-site personnel and resolve issues promptly
• Communicate with owners, design professionals, staff, subcontractors and regulators
• Maintain strong client relationships and sponsor projects successfully
