Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in HVAC or skilled trades; 2+ years in people management.
• Valid driver’s license that is insurable.

• Manage P&L and performance across geographical footprint with 3/5-year planning horizon.
• Set growth strategy for the market and expand footprint.
• Communicate vision and culture to technicians and service managers; foster teamwork.
• Implement safety culture; conduct safety briefings and ensure procedures.
• Manage customer escalations and act as account leader for large accounts in the area.
• Drive performance management and talent development within the team.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive growth and partnerships in the region.
